I got my westie …
I got my westie from a college girl. She needed money to pay her college, so she bred her westie boy to another westie for money, and then got the last puppy from the litter (the father gets the last pup). So I found the ad on the web and we bought her cheap. Should I worry?!?

mine is not sick. it has a cadarac (i dont know how you spell it) in its eye. hes going to have surgery for if it gets really bad. also, he has join problems because of bad breeding. we didnt even get him from a breeder. we got him from a lady who couldnt take care of him and he was a mess when we got him. my frends bichon also has hip problems because of bad breeding, and was also the runt of the litter. and shes only like 3.

My neighbor has a westie too. Her westie girl has turned 8 a few months ago, her name is Reah.
When our dogs meet, I can’t tell the difference. They’re so alike. Her westie is from Hungary, from an excellent breeding kennel.
Reah still looks very young and healthy. As the matter of fact, her owner took her to the vet, afraid that something’s wrong with her nose, and in the end, REAH WAS JUST SNORING!
Hahaha…my point is that your westie is way too young to be that sick. Come on, 9?

westies hardly ever get blind, and when they do its when their 15+.
I’ve heard of cases where westies lived over 17 years. And yours wont, since you little kids probably pushed your fat fingers in his eyes so he got blind.
